1. The membership is valid annually from March 1 to February 28.
2. Membership must be renewed annually.
3. Members will receive an annual notice to renew.
4. Members who resign must send a written notice to admin@vgforum.co.za
5. No refund will be made upon cancellation.
6. The membership fees will be approved annually at the Annual General Meeting.
